Cables are made for each Technology type. Currently, only mixed-type (M) pin definitions are defined.

| Mixed (M) | Start here! Most common configuration. Mixes digital, analog and power. |
| Analog (A) | Analog signals. NOT DEFINED YET. |
| Digital (D) | Pure digital signals. NOT DEFINED YET. |
| Power (P) | Power supplies, higher current. NOT DEFINED YET. |
